Joseph Ridgway | Lead Developer
Joseph Ridgway began developing websites just outside of Washington, DC in 2000, with Cold Fusion, SQL Server, and JavaScript.

He gained considerable experience with a wide range of technologies since his debut, including Ruby on Rails, PHP, Joomla, Java, and MySQL. After shifting towards contract work in 2003, he enjoyed many unique opportunities to help his clients realize their goals. Joseph believes his strong background in computer science mixed with a dash of graphic design and marketing enables him to be a great resource for his clients.

Thuy-Kim Nguyen | User Experience Designer
Kimmie designs the user experience and graphics for all Soapbxx clients. She's learned the ancient Ways of the Computer on the knee of her technician father--but like her sisters, inherited right-brain artistry from her mother. The lack of C++/Java programmers among his daughters periodically saddens him.

Her capabilities vary from corporate web design to children's books illustrations. She prides herself on her quest to master the ins and outs of Web usability and user experience design principles. Kimmie graduated from Sarah Lawrence College with a concentration in Fine Arts (plus some dabbling in Japanese language and religion, computer science, and mythology.) Her favorite Soapbxx designs include: gbge.aclu.org, www.coolvines.com, www.joespub.com and www.drugpolicyevent.com.
